“John is a highly accomplished and respected leader with a unique combination of legal and diversity and inclusion experience,” said Kyle Mansfield, Foley and Mansfield’s Managing Partner. “We are thrilled that he has joined us and are confident that his experience and dedicated focus on diversity and inclusion will further advance the tremendous work of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee and supporting members of the Firm.”

John joins the firm after serving 21 years as a senior managing attorney at Prudential Financial Inc. where he managed complex domestic and international legal matters; retained and mentored a diverse team of legal professionals; and developed policies and programs designed to promote and empower professionals and associates from underrepresented groups.

“I look forward to working with the Firm’s leadership and lawyers at all levels to continue the efforts that have already been made,” said Myung. “I am also ready to further foster an inclusive climate where everyone at Foley & Mansfield can bring their authentic selves to work; partner with and consult clients of the firm on diversity and inclusion best practices; and advocate for Foley & Mansfield’s diverse population.”
