John Beseau and B. Kyle Morley Join F&M Construction Practice

The national defense firm of Foley & Mansfield today announced that experienced litigators John G. Beseau  and B. Kyle Morley have joined the firm’s construction law and litigation team. Beseau will be based in the firm’s St. Louis office and Morley in its Miami office.  Both will work with national and regional clients including contractors, developers and architects and engineers.

Beseau defends construction matters in both Missouri and Illinois.  He serves as chief counsel for a general contractor, handling disputes nationwide – both in court and arbitration. He has tried multiple matters to verdict as first-chair and has briefed and argued several matters before the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Morley has more than 10 years of complex civil litigation experience, managing the defense of multiple cases from inception through trial.  He has handled disputes ranging from negligent design to breach of warranty, and has significant experience litigating matters in state and federal courts throughout  Florida. He is also licensed in New York and the District of Columbia.

Foley & Mansfield plans to open a St. Petersburg, Florida office later this year to accommodate client needs in this booming market, which has nearly a half billion dollars worth of construction projects underway or expected to begin this year.
