Virginia Easley Johnson is a Partner Emeritus in Foley & Mansfield's Florida offices. As the firm’s first woman managing partner, she opened its Miami office in 2003, and was named to the equity partnership the following year. Johnson also sat on the firm’s executive committee, and organized the firm's annual service trip.
She spent her litigation years defending product liability and general insureds, asbestos manufacturers, health care providers, and breast implant manufacturers in hundreds of multi-million dollar lawsuits, trying cases in both state and federal courts.
Virginia retired from practice in January, 2020.

Virginia Easley Johnson Retires From Foley & Mansfield; Kevin O’Connor, B. Kyle Morley to Lead Miami, Tampa Bay Offices
Foley & Mansfield today announced that Virginia Easley Johnson, Managing Partner of the firm’s Miami and Tampa Bay offices, has retired effective January 1, 2020. On her departure, partners Kevin O’Connor and B. Kyle Morley will step into the roles of Managing Partner in the firm’s Miami and Tampa Bay offices, respectively.
