Foley & Mansfield attorney Benjamin Hegvik will be a featured speaker at the upcoming HalfMoon Education Inc.’s seminar entitled “Construction Law for Public Projects” on March 20, 2014 in St. Louis, Missouri. The seminar will cover a variety of topics including public procurement law, project management, professional contracts, and performance and payment bond claims.  Hegvik will present on dispute resolution, reviewing the processes of mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
