Foley & Mansfield has recently became aware that criminals are using our name in an attempt to perpetuate a fraud.

The fraud involves individuals attempting to purchase items online and submitting a fraudulent check with the name “Foley & Mansfield, PLLP”, along with a letter. Foley & Mansfield, PLLP has no connection to this person or group and we are working with state and federal law enforcement officials in an attempt to find and prosecute the perpetrators of this fraud. If you have received such a letter and check, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately to report it. Do not attempt to cash the check or send any money to any person or address listed in these letters.
