Four Attorneys Join Los Angeles Office

The national law firm of Foley & Mansfield announces that attorneys Robert D. Tobey, Jr., Peter M. Mularczyk, Juliana C. Ferraz and Daniel C. Rossi have joined the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Tobey, Of Counsel to the firm, focuses his practice in the defense of complex and catastrophic claims toxic tort and product liability claims, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation. In his 20 years of practice, Robert has represented a wide range of manufactures, suppliers, and contractors. 

Mularczyk practices in the areas of toxic and mass tort defense, product liability and general commercial litigation. He has first and second chaired more than 20 trials to verdict.

Ferraz focuses in toxic and mass tort defense. She practiced law in Sao Paulo, Brazil before beginning her legal career in the U.S. Rossi also practices in the area of toxic and mass tort defense, with additional experience in litigating personal injury, employment, and contract and business disputes.
