Foley & Mansfield Relocates Portland Office to Historic Pacific Building

Foley & Mansfield today announced that it has relocated its Portland office to the historic Pacific Building at 520 SW Yamhill Street, Suite 1012, Portland, OR, 97204 to accommodate continued growth.

Focused on environmental liability defense, the Firm’s Portland office is actively involved in Superfund litigation and Brownfields redevelopment. The Firm’s local environmental team boasts solid legal, technical and scientific credentials, including an attorney with a PhD in geophysics from Cambridge University, a former EPA enforcement attorney, and an attorney with experience working with various federal and state agencies including the Department of the Interior and NOAA on matters related to hydropower relicensing and tribal rights to natural resources.

The Firm has substantial environmental defense experience and is involved in representing clients in Superfund and natural resources issues in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest, including defending clients involved in former defense sites. Foley & Mansfield is a defense firm representing business, municipal, and agricultural clients in a wide variety of environmental litigation, including toxic tort defense.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Foley & Mansfield opened its Portland office in July of 2015. In addition to the office’s focus on environmental defense, its attorneys handle a range of litigation issues for businesses including matters related to toxic tort, construction defect, and professional negligence defense.

According to Ilene Munk, the Managing Partner of the Portland office, the new office space will accommodate the continued addition of attorneys and staff.
