October 24, 2023Diversity, News

Foley Mansfield is pleased to announce that the firm is a recipient of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2023 Compass Award. This marks the firm’s second year achieving this designation, which recognizes those law firms and corporations demonstrating a strong, continuous commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

LCLD is an organization representing the leaders of the legal profession – more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners – who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. The organization provides programming designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent within the industry with the goal of helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys rise to the leadership level.

The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

  • Member attendance at the LCLD Annual Membership Meeting and/or Member attendance at a Leadership Summit and/or submission of a Leader’s Pledge.
  • Participation in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs. Click here to read more on Partner Katie Pritchard, Foley Mansfield’s LCLD Fellow, and Attorney Kiara Robles Chavez, our LCLD Pathfinder.
