Foley & Mansfield Office Leader Takes the Helm at Minnesota Association of Legal Administrators

Foley & Mansfield is proud to announce that Office Administrator/Human Resources Generalist, Caitlin Niedzwiecki has been elected to serve as the 2021-2022 President of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and will begin her term on April 1, 2021.

The Association of Legal Administrators Minnesota (ALAMN) had its beginning in 1965 when a small number of legal administrators began meeting to discuss common problems. In 1971, this informal group organized to become the Twin Cities Law Office Administrators. In 1980, the group voted to become a chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, and the chapter’s name changed to the Minnesota Legal Administrators Association. This reflected the growing number of members from Greater Minnesota. In 2010, the chapter changed its name to ALAMN to more closely identify itself as a chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

In her role as President, Caitlin will be responsible for governing the organization, for overseeing all ALAMN business activities, and for setting a positive direction for the Minnesota Chapter.

It will be exciting to witness the Association’s Minnesota Chapter continue to evolve and meet the challenges of the current law firm environment under her leadership.”

Abby K. Rooney previously served as ALAMN President in 2018-2019. Sarah Duerscherl, Human Resources Manager at Foley & Mansfield currently serves on the ALAMN Board as Finance Director.
