Foley & Mansfield NY Partner Stephen Novakidis Joins the Firm’s Executive Committee

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that Stephen Novakidis, a national trial litigator and managing partner of the firm’s New York office has been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee. Novakidis joined the firm in 2017, was elevated to Managing Partner of the New York office in 2021 and joined Foley & Mansfield’s Strategic Planning Committee earlier this year. 

“Stephen is a natural addition to the Executive Committee,” said Kyle Mansfield, Managing Partner of the Foley & Mansfield.  “Since joining the firm, he has shown exemplary leadership capabilities in the NY office and in successfully steering national trial teams. His work ethic and commitment to our firm’s  growth is a win for us all.”

As a part of the Executive Committee, Stephen joins a group six partners who oversee core business decisions for the firm. Novakidis is also co-chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group and has a practice focused on the defense of toxic tort, products liability and personal injury claims. With extensive trial experience, Steve has successfully defended clients throughout New York State from case inception through jury verdict.  Steve has represented numerous Fortune 100 companies including manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and contractors in the power, oil, military defense & consumer products sphere.  Additionally, Steve serves as national coordinating counsel for a personal care products company.
