Foley & Mansfield Names Four Attorneys to Partnership

The national law firm of Foley & Mansfield announces that four attorneys have been elected to the partnership, including three women attorneys.  Representing a broad range of practice areas, this group of talented attorneys will help the firm continue to diversify its business in the coming years.

M. Amadea Groseclose (Los Angeles) joined the firm in early 2013, and focuses her practice in business and corporate law and commercial litigation. Groseclose counsels and defends companies and business owners in matters including breach of contract, business torts, statutory claims, employment matters and class actions. 

Joanna M. Salmen (Minneapolis) has more than five years of civil litigation experience with the firm. She represents a wide range of product manufacturers, premises owners and service contractors in defense of asbestos claims, in addition to defending professional liability and general commercial matters.

Kristi L.K. Young (Seattle) has practiced with the firm for seven years, focusing in the area of toxic tort and mass tort litigation. Licensed in California and Washington, Kristi recently transferred from the firm’s Oakland office to assist with increasing client needs in the Pacific Northwest.

Wyatt Partridge (Minneapolis), an associate with the firm for nearly six years, practices in business and corporate law and construction litigation , with a focus on real estate and financing transactions and disputes. He works with a substantial client list including banks, lending institutions, insurance companies, large construction companies and product manufacturers.
