Foley & Mansfield Expands Florida Liability and Construction Practice H. Wayne Clark Joins Miami Office

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce the expansion of its Florida liability and construction practices with the addition of seasoned trial attorney H. Wayne Clark. Wayne will be based in the firm’s Miami office. He previously served as the head of Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, Ford and McCoy’s construction litigation group based in Fort Lauderdale.

With more than 15 years of trial experience in the state and federal courts in Florida, Wayne brings an active practice to the Firm, which includes national and local hospitality interests, commercial property owners, developers, and contractors.

Wayne’s background litigating complex, large loss hospitality, personal injury and defect claims is a perfect fit with the Firm’s current base in Florida. In addition to his general liability and construction work, Wayne also handles transportation liability cases, representing a wide variety of companies with claims arising out of both intrastate and interstate commerce.

Wayne, who served as a combat engineer in the United States Army, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.
