Foley & Mansfield Elects 2020 Partners

The national law firm of Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce the election of two partners to the Firm’s Equity Partnership, and the addition of nine attorneys to its Partnership ranks, effective January 1, 2020.

Elected to the Equity Partnership are Diane C. Babbitt of Seattle and James L. Svajgl of Chicago.

The new partners represent key practice areas including product liability and toxic/mass tort defense, complex commercial litigation, construction, environmental law and general liability insurance defense. With these partner promotions – 6 women and 5 men –  45% of Foley & Mansfield’s partners are women, with 26% achieving equity rank.
