Foley & Mansfield Earns Mansfield 2.0 Certification

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that it has been named among 64 major U.S. law firms earning Mansfield Rule 2.0 Certification.  

The Mansfield Rule Certification 2.0 measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30 percent women, lawyers of color, and LGBTQ+ lawyers for leadership roles, promotions, and formal client pitch opportunities.

The Mansfield certification process has provided us with a robust framework in order to advance our efforts,” he added.

In addition, Foley & Mansfield is among ninety-nine firms that have committed to participate in Mansfield Rule 3.0, which broadens the candidate pool to lawyers with disabilities. Foley & Mansfield has also recently been recognized for its diversity efforts, ranking 8th on the 2019 National Law Journal Women in Law Scorecard and was named a Top Firm on the American Lawyer 2019 Diversity Scorecard.
