F&M Trial Attorney Jim Hicks Scores Bench Trial Victory

Last week, Seattle Foley & Mansfield attorney Jim Hicks won a complete defense decision three days into a bench trial. After the plaintiffs rested, the trial judge granted Hicks’s motion and dismissed all of plaintiffs claims including claims for title to the defendants’ real estate and more than $2M in damages.
