Douglas J. McIntyre, chair of Foley & Mansfield’s national Construction Law group, will be a featured speaker at the 2014 Minnesota Engineering Law seminar, to be held Thursday, June 9 in Eagan, MN.  McIntyre will be presenting on the topics “The Law of Engineering Malpractice” and “Reviewing Contracts for Design Services”.
