The case involved serious allegations: police claimed the client was driving on the wrong side of the road, exhibited visible signs of intoxication, and engaged in belligerent behavior during the arrest, booking process, and a subsequent visit to the hospital. The prosecution supported its case with testimony from multiple officers, along with a booking video montage presented to the jury.
