Foley & Mansfield has an opportunity for an Associate to join our fast-paced Products Liability/Asbestos group in our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in civil litigation and an interest in products liability or toxic tort defense work, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good academic credentials. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. Admission to practice in Minnesota is a must, and admission or eligibility for admission in North Dakota and/or Wisconsin is a plus. Occasional travel is required.
