Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of marketing experience; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in WordPress required.
- Strong Canva or similar design platform expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point required.
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO application a plus.
- Interest, experience and openness to working with AI marketing technology.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, in particular LinkedIn.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of public relations best-practices preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid project management skills, business acumen and ability to understand marketplace trends.
- Experience in preparing award and directory submissions preferred.
- Ability to work independently to make intelligent, informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with attorneys and leadership.

Foley Mansfield is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Legal Marketing Coordinator to elevate the firm’s brand presence, digital engagement, and market visibility. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and strategic communications. The role will partner with and report directly to the Marketing and Business Development Director. This position can be fully remote or hybrid. The candidate must reside in one of our business locations: CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NY, OR, TX, or WI.
Your partnership with the Marketing and Business Development Director will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s public profile through compelling content, digital strategy, award submissions, and thought leadership initiatives. Opportunity for growth within the department.
