Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of business development or marketing experience; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with attorneys and leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to make intelligent, informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Solid project management skills, business acumen and ability to understand marketplace trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience with CRM/ERM systems a plus.
- Interest, experience, and openness to work with AI marketing technology.

Foley Mansfield is seeking a relationship and data driven Business Development Coordinator to support strategic growth initiatives across the firm’s practice areas and industries. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at building partnerships, conducting market research, and supporting attorneys in expanding client relationships and market reach. This position can be fully remote or hybrid. The candidate must reside in one of our business locations: CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NY, OR, TX, or WI.
You will work directly with Marketing and Business Development Director, attorneys and firm leadership to enhance growth opportunities, strengthen industry positioning, and support revenue-generating initiatives. This role reports directly to the Marketing and Business Development Director. Opportunity for growth within the department.
