     This only works when you are in the office or connected via VPN.

     You can send a request via email from any email account.
   
   Note: Only contact us via the above methods during normal hours excluding firm holidays.

On-Call Hours - 7 Days a Week - 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM Central Time Zone

1. Phone - Call our technical support cell phone at 612-345-1338.  If it goes to voicemail, leave a message with your name and a phone number where you can be reached so we can call you back.
2. Email - Send a short e-mail to tscellphone@foleymansfield.com with a phone number where you can be reached so we can call you back.
   
   Note: We will make every effort to answer your call, however, if it goes to voicemail, it may take up to 30 minutes for a call-back after leaving a message or after sending an email to the technical support cell phone.

Scheduled Maintenance

Every 3rd Friday & Saturday of every month the entire network will be offline from 9:00 PM Central on Friday until 9:00 AM Central on Saturday.  To be reminded of this, please add this to your Outlook calendar.
