Wyatt S. Partridge is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office. Wyatt’s practice is concentrated on lending, real estate, and construction. He works with an extensive client list, including banks, credit unions, builders, architects, and real-estate professionals.
A litigator with substantial experience involving the design, construction, finance, leasing and sale of real estate, Wyatt regularly appears in state and federal court on behalf of local and national banking and construction corporations and has a successful record of prosecuting and defending a wide variety of real-estate and construction claims. He also provides advice to lenders regarding mortgages, workouts, foreclosures, and compliance with state and federal financial regulation.
Before joining the firm, Wyatt was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Terri J. Stoneburner at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
