BIOGRAPHY

William Clark, an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s St. Louis office, practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and commercial litigation, including employment and professional liability litigation.

In the personal injury arena, William’s experience includes premises liability, automobile liability, medical malpractice, and product liability cases involving industrial and construction equipment, as well as consumer products.

In his commercial litigation practice, he represents insurers in insurance coverage disputes and employers in litigation involving non-compete agreements, discrimination claims, and vicarious liability.  He also represents construction contractors in litigation involving breach of warranty claims, contract disputes, and construction defects.

Prior to practice, William clerked for Chief Judge Angela Turner Quigless at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, and served as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri. In law school, William served as the Articles Editor on the Editorial Board of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.
