Tom Lallier is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Foley & Mansfield and chair of the firm's Creditor's Rights group. He focuses his practice on creditor's rights in business reorganization and banking law.
Tom represents financial institutions in commercial loans transactions and restructuring troubled loans, and a variety of asset based lenders and equipment lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He serves as counsel for the General Electric Capital Corporation in motor carrier bankruptcy cases throughout the United States, and also represents many other financial institutions including Congress Financial Corporation, TCF National Bank and Marquette Transportation Finance.
In addition to advising banks on consumer loan and consumer lending compliance issues, Tom counsels lenders in the area of ATM regulatory issues and electronic funds transfers.
We provide damage control for bad loans in order to maximize the monetary recovery for our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.
