Rachael R. Presler is an attorney in the Minneapolis office of Foley & Mansfield. She is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group, where she focuses on the defense of clients in construction defect and employment disputes. Rachael’s experience includes a variety of business litigation and insurance defense matters, from automobile defense to premises liability.
Having participated in women’s wrestling throughout her childhood and into college, Rachael competed as a member of Team USA in various national and international events and is a former resident athlete at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys coaching, staying involved in the wrestling community, traveling, and spending time on Minnesota lakes.
