BIOGRAPHY

Michael Porter is a partner in Foley & Mansfield's Detroit office, where he practices in the area of toxic tort and mass litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael clerked in the Nuisance Abatement/Real Estate Development department of the Wayne County Department of Corporation Counsel, where he argued show cause and default motions, participated in pre-trial conferences, negotiated agreements with defendants, drafted several complaints, motions, and orders.

Prior to that, Michael spent four years representing professional hockey players with the East Coast and American Hockey League teams.
