As Chief Operating Officer of Foley & Mansfield, Mona Nore is responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the Firm’s national practices. Her responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the Firm’s Office Administrators and firm-wide process improvement initiatives. Nore has overall responsibility for setting the strategy, driving execution, and creating best practices for internal processes and procedures, and training and educational initiatives which allow the firm to better serve its clients.

She is an Ex-Officio member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and an active member of the Firm’s other management and administrative committees.

Nore has more than 22 years of executive legal management experience and knowledge in law firm administration, finance, human resources, marketing, records/conflict, mergers/acquisitions, relocations, practice areas and technology.

Nore joined the Firm in 1992 as its first office administrator, subsequently opening the firm’s Detroit office in 1995 and additional offices since. She was elevated to Chief Operating Officer in 2014. During her tenure, the Firm has grown considerably, from 9 attorneys in it’s flagship Minneapolis office to a national presence with more than 160 attorneys in 14 cities.

A member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), Nore is active in the Golden Gate and Greater Los Angeles chapters, and is the former co-chair of the small-mid size firm section of ALA Minnesota.
