Michael Dauphin is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s St. Louis office. He focuses his practice on toxic and mass tort litigation, with an emphasis in asbestos defense.
He is also experienced in representing commercial clients in a variety of matters including non-compete agreements and contract disputes. In addition, Michael’s legal background includes criminal defense, estate planning, and insurance litigation. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, PLLP, Michael worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Henry E. Autrey of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Michael also interned for the Honorable Rodney E. Sippel of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
Michael is a founding board member of the St. Louis College Prep. He also serves as vice president of the Holly Hills Improvement Association. While attending the St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, Michael worked for the Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, where he provided legal services to low-income residents of Southwest Texas. Michael was recently elected to his second term as the Committeeman of 13th Ward, City of St. Louis.
