Joseph Rejano is a partner in Foley & Mansfield's Chicago office. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability, and toxic tort and mass tort litigation. His clients include various business entities and large publically traded corporations involved in manufacturing, mining, transportation and heavy equipment.
Joseph's commercial litigation experience includes collections, bankruptcy, worker's compensation and labor and employment, including employment-based immigration. He also has extensive litigation experience representing clients in the areas of subrogation and premises liability.
Joseph serves as co-chair of the firm’s national Diversity Committee, which is responsible for implementation of the Mansfield Rule 2.0 and other initiatives designed to enhance firm wide diversity and inclusion.
While attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Joseph served as a title editor for the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
