BIOGRAPHY

Jamae Pennings is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, where she focuses her practice in product liability and toxic/mass tort litigation, specifically, asbestos defense. Her clients include regional and national manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. Jamae handles all aspects of the litigation process, including researching legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting depositions.

Jamae’s experience also includes premises and auto liability.

Prior to practice, Jamae completed several professional internships. After serving with the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s office, she next interned with a law firm in Bangalore, India, performing research regarding India’s Foreign Exchange Management Act to provide client guidance for foreign investment in India and Indian investment abroad. Jamae then served with the Tenth Judicial District of Minnesota.
