Holly Acevedo is a partner in Foley & Mansfield's Los Angeles office, where she practices in the toxic tort and mass tort practice area. Prior to joining the firm, Holly worked in the in the Los Angeles and Oakland area managing cases for equipment manufacturers in asbestos/toxic tort litigation.
She has represented various product and premises defendants in all aspects of litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases. Holly also has substantial complex civil litigation experience related to products liability and premises liability.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
