Eduardo Medina is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, including products liability defense, toxic tort defense, wrongful death, insurance defense, debt collection, and contractual disputes.
Eduardo has deposed scores of plaintiffs and witnesses in product liability cases from around the country, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and has extensive experience representing large corporate creditors in debt collection and contract matters. While in law school at the University of Florida, he served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
Eduardo is a Miami native who is fluent in Spanish, practices mindfulness meditation, and dedicates his time to his wife and daughter.
