Donald (Qian) Zheng, an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Donald assists firm clients in resolving disputes in matters including construction, bankruptcy and real estate. His experience includes researching legal issue, drafting pleadings, motions, and assisting trial preparations.
Prior to obtaining his J.D., Donald served as a law clerk for the firm, gaining valuable experience in the litigation process. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Virginia M. Kendall in U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, where he researched and drafted court orders (motion to dismiss, motion to strike, motion to stay, etc.) for civil and criminal cases.
