Darlene Cini is a partner in the Detroit office of Foley & Mansfield, where she focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, general civil litigation and mortgage and banking law.
In the liability arena, Darlene represents manufacturers, suppliers, corporations and insurance companies in asbestos litigation cases. Her background in banking, mortgages and foreclosure actions has led to the representation of title companies and financial institutions in various collection matters. She also represents creditor's rights in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings and oversees the Collection Department of the Detroit Office.
