Anna M. Kohut is an attorney in the St. Louis office of Foley & Mansfield, where she focuses her practice in toxic and mass tort and product liability litigation with an emphasis on asbestos defense.
Anna has represented a variety of clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including financial disputes, negligence actions, environmental actions, insurance actions, contract disputes, consumer protection and complex product liability matters.
Anna offers her clients unique insights gained from previous experience leading complex litigation and class actions on behalf of consumer plaintiffs. She understands the scope and strategy of such actions, and can advise organizations on the most effective response, whether through targeted motions, settlement, or trial.
During law school, Anna worked as a law clerk for Judge Nannette Baker in the Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals. She also served at St. Louis University's Legal Clinic, where she successfully argued an Appellant’s Brief involving employment law before the Missouri Court of Appeals. In addition, she received experience in personal injury, employment law and collective bargaining cases.
