Ashleigh Johnson is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s St. Louis office. She focuses her practice on toxic and mass tort defense, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation.
Ashleigh also has a background in litigation relating to fiduciary breaches and prohibited transactions under ERISA, specific to 401(k) plan formation, plan document adherence, and fiduciary responsibilities relating to investment fund selection and management, and has participated in FINRA arbitration cases.
Ashleigh received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the Saint Louis University School of Law. While there, she interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois and received her mediation certification. Additionally, she received the Dean’s Scholarship and was the recipient of a Public Interest Law Group Fellowship. She also served as an Ambassador to Potential New Faculty, worked as a Faculty Fellow, and was a Teaching Assistant for Family Law.
Ashleigh volunteers her time with the American Lung Association and is the past chair of the Volunteer Leadership Council for the American Lung Association in St. Louis. Ashleigh has previously volunteered as a Relay for Life Team Captain for the American Cancer Society and participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS.
