Bill is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. He focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort and mass tort litigation and construction litigation. He has significant experience representing clients in federal and state courts in Missouri and Illinois and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. He has tried numerous cases to verdict. His toxic tort practice is focused on asbestos and diacetyl defense. In addition, Bill maintains an active construction litigation practice which focuses on construction defect and construction liability cases. Bill has represented general contractors and developers in numerous litigation and contract matters.

Bill has achieved the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating for the highest level of legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.
