Laura Grady is an attorney with Foley & Mansfield in the St. Louis office.  She focuses her practice primarily in the area of Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation.

Laura has experience in federal class action litigation and multi-district litigation. She played an integral role in the mediation of an ERISA 401(k) class action lawsuit, resulting in a settlement preliminarily approved by the court for a monetary recovery of over $15 million in addition to injunctive relief. Laura also has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of complex contracts.

She received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the Saint Louis University School of Law.  While in law school, Laura interned for the Saint Louis University Office of the General Counsel, was a judicial extern to The Honorable Clifford J. Proud, of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois, and was also a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. She was a recipient of the Irvin and Maggie Dagen Public Interest Fellowship and Staff Editor for the Journal of Health Law.

Laura is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. She volunteers with Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society, with the Humane Society, and has been a General Election Specialist.
