Joshua Worthington is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s St. Louis office, focusing his practice primarily in the area of Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, he worked as a litigation attorney with a civil defense law firm in Clayton, Missouri. He also worked as an Assistant Attorney General, defending the State of Missouri and its agencies and employees against civil litigation in every level of Missouri state and federal courts, including personal injury, employment and civil rights cases.
Joshua received his J.D. in 2003 from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He participated in International Moot Court and won First Year Legal Writing Best Brief. After law school he was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter Michalski, Alaska Superior Court.
Joshua graduated with honors from the University of Kansas in 2000, with a major in English. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Before law school, he was a volunteer law clerk for Legal Aid of Western Missouri. He has also been a volunteer basketball coach with the YMCA Youth League.
