John practices toxic tort and mass litigation with a focus on asbestos litigation. He represents a wide range of product manufacturers, premises owners and service contractors in defense of asbestos personal injury law suits. Since 2004, he has worked in all facets of such cases from inception to trial. He has also defended cases involving construction defects and other construction-related issues.  Before attending law school, John worked as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Dale Bumpers in Washington, D.C.

  • Represention of a valve manufacturer in defense of a products liability claim alleging asbestos exposure
