Christina is an experienced litigator who represents clients ranging from local small business owners and professionals, to national corporations and chains. She focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, probate and trust litigation, and employment law.

Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Christina defended private companies in employment disputes involving ERISA benefit claims. Christina has also handled a wide range of product and premises liability lawsuits, motor vehicle injury cases, and has successfully defended veterinary malpractice claims.

Over the years, Christina has defended private companies and government agencies from various employment disputes involving ERISA benefit claims, as well as discrimination matters. She has presented employment cases before the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Missouri, and the Southern District of Illinois.
