Rob has more than 25 years of litigation experience and focuses his practice in the areas of toxic tort and mass litigation, product liability, and personal injury litigation. He has experience representing manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation involving asbestos, silica, farm equipment, food processing equipment, computer keyboards and building products. Currently, he manages thousands of asbestos personal injury cases for numerous clients.

Before entering private practice, Rob gained valuable experience working for the Hennepin County District Court in Minnesota and the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Rob holds the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating for the highest level of legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.
