Dick is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield's Minneapolis office. He focuses his litigation practice in the areas of construction, insurance, commercial, legal malpractice, and dental malpractice. Dick has extensive experience representing contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in both residential and commercial claims. He works closely with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and commercial businesses, both insured and self-insured. Dick's current practice has focused on the defense of complex construction defect claims involving single family and multi-unit townhome and condominium developments, and commercial buildings.

Dick brings a diverse background to his clients. After practicing dentistry for eight years, Dick obtained his law degree in 1984 and moved to Wyoming. Dick worked in the County Attorney’s office in Laramie, Wyoming, until 1989, where he prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies. His early litigation and trial work has proven valuable to his current litigation practice.
