Mary Ellen is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, focusing her practice in the areas of Immigration Law and Toxic Tort and Mass Litigation.
Mary Ellen focuses her immigration practice on employment based visas, and naturalization and citizenship applications.
Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Mary Ellen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dale B. Lindman at the Ramsey County District Court. As Judge Lindman’s clerk she was involved in all manner of civil litigation with an intense focus on Minnesota asbestos litigation.
Mary Ellen received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List for two years, won a CALI Award of Excellence for the writing seminar: Constitutional Law: Regulating for a Pandemic Flu. She was an undefeated member of the Moot Court and a member of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity.
Also while in law school, Mary Ellen served as a Certified Student Attorney in the Ramsey County Attorney’s office.
