Joe is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office. Joe’s national practice focuses on construction law and litigation, general liability defense, and civil litigation. Joe has successfully represented general contractors, land developers, and subcontractors in complex claims involving a broad spectrum of statutory, common law, and contract liability cases. He has an additional specialty in the representation of claims against builders and developers with bankruptcy or insurance coverage issues. Joe’s diverse legal background includes the representation of business owners and contractors involved in large exposure wrongful death, personal injury and copyright infringement claims. He also has extensive experience with mold and water intrusion claims.

Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Joe practiced with a respected defense firm in Mankato, Minnesota. His past experience includes a general practice background including premises liability, worker’s compensation, landlord/tenant, and collections law.
