John received his B.A. from Xavier University in 2006. At Xavier, John was a member of the D'Artagnan Chapter of Mortar Board, a national honor society that recognizes college seniors for superior achievement in scholarship, leadership and service. While an undergrad, he was Campus News Editor and Writer for the Xavier Newswire; he served on the board of various clubs and organizations, including the Pre-Law Society; and he tutored underprivileged children. John was also an Intern with a United States Senator, where he helped to plan the senator’s events and assisted with writing and editing the senator’s speeches.
