Jennifer focuses her practice in the area of toxic tort and mass litigation. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Jennifer was a litigation attorney at a local firm where she represented clients in a variety of insurance defense matters, including products liability, subrogation, no-fault and insurance fraud. Before earning her J.D., she worked as a paralegal for eight years and gained invaluable experience assisting in every aspect of litigating insurance defense cases through trial. During all three years of law school, Jennifer clerked for a sole practitioner focusing her efforts on obtaining successful recovery for clients in subrogation matters.
