Before joining Foley & Mansfield, Elizabeth worked as a law clerk for Judge David Minge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
She received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. While in law school, she served as an executive editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and coordinated and oversaw publication of Volume 32, Issue 1, dedicated to mental health law and psychology and the law.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She was named an Academic All-American in track & field and captained Concordia’s cross-country and track & field teams.
Elizabeth serves as pro bono counsel to a southern Minnesota nonprofit corporation dedicated to preserving Norwegian-American heritage, providing the organization with advice on governance, liability, and tax issues. She is also a mentor to first-year law students at William Mitchell and judges high school mock trial competitions.
