David focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, construction defect, and toxic tort litigation with a special emphasis on asbestos cases. He has experience representing numerous manufacturers, contractors, and distributors in several states in a variety of product liability cases involving asbestos, construction, and building materials.

With a degree in biochemistry David understands the complex medical and technical issues that arise in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is an experienced litigator and has developed a particular expertise in preparing cases for trial by attending depositions, preliminary hearings, pre-trial motion arguments, and legal research and writing.

Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, David practiced in a Minnesota law firm where he focused on appellate practice, and drafted and argued several briefs before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
