Mark focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, insurance coverage, environmental claims, and general liability defense. He works primarily in asbestos-related disease litigation.

With significant experience bringing high volume, complex cases to trial, his expertise in developing litigation preparation and strategy has resulted in successful outcomes in particularly difficult cases.
